the gc series has two forms: the gch series with a horizontal offset layout and the gcs series with a vertical offset layout. being small in size, light in weight, high in transmission efficiency, it has long lifeand one-stage reduction, without a clutch. it is also easy to operate and maintain and suitable for bothfixed and variable pitch propellers.
1. the gearbox of gcs series has a wide range of torque and transmission capacity. when speed ratio of the gearboxrises from 2 to 4 and the input speed increases from 520r/min to 1000r/min, the gearbox's torque and transmission capacity can go up from 1kw/r/min to 30kw/ r/min.
2. according to the structure, gearboxes of gc series can be divided into two categories: vertical offset of input and output and horizontal offset of input and output.
